How to Invest Like Warren Buffet
I study investment method from internet especially from keyword concerning about Warren Buffet.
I will summarize what I study here.But under this line is not the word of Warren Buffet.
Thing to be considered when you make investment are described here.
1.Philosophy of investment
Why must you invest?
It may because you want profit.
How will you invest?
Will you invest in stock market like gambling?You forcast the stock price by anything else but not by P2E ratio.You buy it fast
and sell it fast.
Or you would like to invest for longterm ,so you will determine again in what field you want to invest.
Philosophy of investment will determine the action plan of how you get profit.
2.Invest in what bring profit
2.1 select the right investment plan
Nowaday it seemed that oil crisis come back again because of devaluation of U.S. dollar.As oil price became high ,will you join with me in a pyramid scheme of oil transportation business? On the other hand as U.S.dollar was in devaluation,will you invest in a plan that pay you by euro dollar?
Select your investment plan rightly.
2.2 Management for investment
By investing in stock market,will you sit in front of monitor to buy and sell it and also get headache every hour/
Or you invest and forget it because those stock will give you benefit at the end of year.
Managment for investment cost you also.You should plan to deal with it.
2.3 Chanel of income
By investing in mutaul fund,your income come from higher value of share.But you must sell it to get the margin of profit.In some case stock's broker will transfer your profit directly to your bank account.Some bank also transfered interest of your inveatment in fix deposite to your bank account every month.
You should set chanel of income that being confortable for you.
2.4 Reinvest again.
When you get profit from investment how will you spen your money/Go to Thailand for relaxing!
But the secret I learn from Japanese metal -working company was reinvest again.
Dividing some profit and reinvest in the same plan again .This will make sure that you always get profit.
By determine correct philosophy of investment and selecting the right investment plan,you will have your investment as a money generating machine and be in prosperous.
